Attorneys-at-Law
One of the major needs of all victims and survivors, despite the type of violence they have experienced, is access to legal resources. When a victim decides to leave an abusive relationship, this starts a chain of actions that have to occur in order to enable a new start at life. The actions include custody and maintenance applications, property settlements and protections orders to ensure safety.
OSS is invested in ensuring that our clients have access to sensitized, individual-oriented services to ensure that our clients not only get safe service, but that they get a high standard of service that is ultimately effective.
